What Elio does
Elio helps you note your baby’s feeds, sleep, diapers and growth, keep track of how you are doing, and see patterns in what you have recorded. It is a personal tracking tool.
What Elio is not
It is not a medical device and it replaces neither a doctor, nor a midwife, nor an emergency service. The assistant answers from your own entries and general knowledge: it does not diagnose. When something about your baby’s health worries you, call a professional. For a fever before 3 months, laboured breathing, or a very floppy baby, call your emergency number (15 or 112 in France).
Your account
The app works with no account. If you create one to sync, you are responsible for keeping your credentials private. An invitation code shares the baby’s tracking with the co-parent you link, never your personal diary.
Subscription
Some features are part of Elio Premium. The subscription is sold and billed by the App Store or Google Play, renews automatically until cancelled, and is managed in your store’s settings. Prices, trial periods and refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from. We never see your payment details.
Your data
Your data is yours. The privacy policy sets out what is processed and why. You can erase everything from the app’s settings, and ask by email for the cloud copy to be deleted.
Fair use
The assistant has quotas, so the service stays available and affordable. Please use Elio for tracking your own family, and do not try to work around those limits.
Liability
Elio is provided as is, with no guarantee that what it shows fits your situation. Decisions about your baby’s health are yours to make, with a professional’s help. Nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you.
Changes and ending
These terms may change, and any new version will be published here with its date. You can stop using Elio at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend an account that harms the service or other parents.
